Evacuation simulator

We built an evacuation simulator, a browser tool that shows how a crowd leaves a building in an emergency.

Almost no building is ever tested to see how it empties under pressure.

Escape routes are signed off on calculation and code alone, so the first real crowd to move through the plan does it during an emergency, which is how crushes, injuries and deaths still happen in buildings that passed every check.

We made it quick enough that the test actually gets done, so a layout can be tested, changed and tested again in one sitting.

You describe who is inside in plain language, and the crowd behaves accordingly, because a school does not empty the way an office does.

The run shows where people slow down and where they back up, so a corridor that looks generous on paper is caught before it is built.

A design team can answer an evacuation question in the meeting where it is asked, instead of waiting weeks for a study to come back.

Let's build something for your team.

Tell us where your workflow slows down and we will tell you what we can automate.
